How to fill an order?

  • Pick the desired product on our website
  • Click on “Buy”
  • Click on the cart icon in the top-right corner
  • Verify the contents and press “checkout”
  • Provide your phone number and name (for emergency contact)
  • Fill in the address, time and date of delivery and recipient’s name.
  • Write out your message to the recipient  in “Greeting Card Message” box
  • In the “Comments” box leave a note for us if needed.
  • Pay for your order

How to pay for an order?

  • If you chose the “bank card” option provide your card number and owners’ name
  • The orders’ cost will be deducted from the card and we will get notified of your order
  • If you chose “transfer to PayPal account” follow the link (paypal.me/flowerlab)
  • Independently convert the sum to U.S.D or Euro or contact our customer support (bottom right window)

How much does delivery cost?

  • Within Tbilisi delivery costs 10 Gel/~3 U.S.D
  • Avchala, Airport, Gldani, Tskhneti, Lilo 20 Gel

Standard delivery time

  • Minimal purchase amount - 80 Gel 
  • Minimal time to deliver within Tbilisi is 2 hours
  • In special cases contact us and we will try to speed it up 😊
  • Tbilisi delivery is carried out between 10:00 and 22:00 (GMT+4) and costs 10 Lari/~3 U.S.D
  • Tbilisi Special delivery is provided for other time slots and costs 20 Lari/~3U.S. D

Can I order a delivery without providing the exact address?

  • Yes, we will contact the recipient and deliver the order (However we will not be able to share the address with you without the recipient’s approval)

Can I order a delivery anonymously?

  • Yes, you can request a delivery with full confidentiality

Reimbursement

  • We will repay you for your order before the flower arrangement has been assembled
  • Completed bouquets/Flower arrangements aren’t eligible for a refund
  • In case the recipient has been unable to collect the delivery, a refund will not be provided.
