Terms
1.1 The Buyer's order of the Goods on the online store website means that the Buyer agrees with all the terms of this Offer.
1.2. The administration of the online store website has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.
1.3. The validity period of the Offer is unlimited, unless otherwise indicated on the website of the online store.
1.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Product.
Price
2.1 The price for each item of the Product is indicated on the website of the online store.
2.2 If the price of the ordered Product changes, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer about the change in the price of the Product within two days.
Order
3.1 The Order of the Product is carried out by the Buyer through the Operator by phone +995 514 426 426 or through the service of the online store website www.flowerlab.ge
3.2. When registering on the website of the online store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:
3.2.1. last name, first name, contact phone number, email of the Buyer.
3.2.2. the address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery is to the Buyer’s address);
3.3 The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
3.4 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an Order.
3.5 The remote purchase and sale agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment the Seller issues to the Buyer a cash receipt or sales receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods.
3.6 The Buyer is obliged to agree on the availability of goods with the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller has the right to replace the missing product with the most similar one.
Delivery
4.1 The Buyer indicates the place of delivery of the Goods when placing an Order for the purchase of the Goods.
4.2 The delivery time for the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing time and the delivery time.
4.3 Orders placed after 20.00 deliver after 15.00 the next day.
